  5. hi, give them a break. they are human afterall. their unbeaten streak was already a fairytale. Sometimes it can just be plain laziness when it bores you playing against mickey mouse teams.

  8. hi BH, We were promised of a more inclusive society. Now, they are saying " Alright, lets suspend all public exchanges since they are hindering our road to self-fulfillment. We will lie low and allow time for the negative backlash to mellow while the project goes full steam ahead. We will just announce for the sake of informing that everything has been finalised. If they make noise again, just say we(the industry) are(is) more mature now in 2006." This is the same dilemma as the Sentosa Casino. Yes, I believe your teachers will give you money simply because everyone involved in this project will be winner. Others losers.
  9. was informed by thread starter that things have gone out of hand as his initial dream has brought about too much trouble and blown out of proportion. Will temp. closed the thread for him. As there are a lot of postings done in this thread with a lot of input from site admin....will let him decide to delete this thread if necessary. Hope everyone do the thread starter a favour, dont pursue this matter anymore while he sort the whole thing out. Feasibility at this stage aside... think it is not too wild to have dreams and ideas laugh.gif *********************************************************************** Hi Boss, PLease pardon me. I do not reckon things have gone overboard. All the ongoing discussions have been very healthy and in good faith. It is a great read for most. BH, I hope you can handle the truth. If the people involved are using their own blood sweat money, I will have no qualms humoring them. 'Yeah, your idea sounds real cool. It will take off! Singapore, the coral hub of ASEAN! You the Walt Smith of Asia!....' The key pointer is they are fulfilling their wildest dreams with OUR money. If they cannot weather the simplest of all forum discussions and scrutiny, what is good with their intentions then? BH, there are better things in life at 16. Dumman girls not chio meh?
  10. hi BH, DO you remember someone was trying to start a local fish club that offers wholesale price? it was a huge laughing stock. it is a good lesson for those who wanted so badly to be involved in the industry. May I ask who is the driving force behind this research? I suspect he just wants to make sure he is gainfully employed by enlarging his research portfolio. NUS is full of these good-for-nothing. NUS ranked 18th in the world!?! - can only be heard from Jay Leno. Perhaps all these euphoria on SRC has given you a bullish outlook for the coral industry. Look beyond the bubble and you will see the project will die of natural death when the interests wane by mid 2005. FYI, The news reported a monitor system against drowning in pools by NTU. *it shows how uncommon innovations are in Singapore no matter how silly it is.*
  11. BH, Good on you for weathering the comments. (seems like your ears are nicely plugged though). I don't think you are aware of the number of u-turns, 3-pt turns and donuts St Jons have done. Plenty of money has gone down the drain. What everyone here wants is accountability. If you want to break the mold of a typical MOE product, go google on Micropolis and Suzhou IP for starters. why not look into easier route of plastic molding to create more realistic fake SPS. It is on equal footing as your school project.
  12. hi BH, Would you like to know why the private sector has so much disregard for civil servants and SAF scholars?
  13. hi BH, Propagate for future sales? if yes, I do not think its viable. if no, you are better off with the sponsors here for whatever other reasons. HTH
  14. Bro, if you dislike the hassle, why don't you buy a slab from ML instead? cheap cheap curry pok. can last beyond Valentines Day.
  15. hey flab, get the lumix fx-7. super cool. see it in person.
  16. alamak bros, stop squeezing the LFS lah. there is only one driving a jag after being in the industry for donkey years. those relatively new are still bleeding. i know you don't owe them a living..blah..blah..
  17. yep, so damn pity. guess who is the culprit? that would have been the coolest sin city.
  18. Hey nick, I heard you sell phyto cultures. Does ML carry them? Just shifted to Clementi. Thanks.
  19. hi Bro, Don't give up durians because of sore throats. Just down plenty of water after your feast. Your rest time + faith should suffice. Strepsil who? Who is killing the party? You or the skimmer?
  20. Hey, I am going to fiddle with my sing dollars on my way home from office later. what are we expecting......?
  21. hi, ML is definitely a worthwhile trip. If nothing fancies you, buy Henry's food mix then.
