  6. +1 on Tesino. Low wattage. Been running for 1year+ and still silent.
  7. Thanks for the update bro. Awesome as always. Any sighting of blennius occelaris aka to me the Johnny Bravo of Blennies?
  8. Not sure bro but they are healthy flames and at that size will be easy to train to take pellets. Iwarna also has a few lemonpeels and yellow tangs left. One potter angel and yellow eye kole tang left as of ystday. Two semifasciatus pair still available. Ah Beng : emperor angels from S to XL. A very tiny majestic angel already showing adult colours, didnt know they changed so small. A few yellow bellied regal angels as well. Small convict tangs. No more venustus and multibar. Was lucky to get the last multibar which has its back part of the dorsal fins missing. Fish Channel : Two Belize Queen left. There's a very nice queen at the lower tank which I don't knw available or not. few fat healthy Flame Hawks to choose from. Stable PBTs from prev shipment eating pellets. Anyways, anyone got see those freeze dried cyclopeeze? I bought the wafer ones mistakenly and they should have hired Argent to build the Titanic cause the wafer ones will never sink.
  9. my golden n venustus are like long lost lovers

  10. About 6-7 pieces left when I was there yesterday. Nice small sizes good for pairing them up.
  11. Most common and imo useful sand bed cleaner, nassarius snail. Very commonly available and cool to watch when they detect food on the sandbed as they emerge. Second wouls be sand dollar. They help stir the sand bed and eat detritus. Or if a sea cucumber would also be good if your tank is big enough. Sand sifting star would be a good option but get just one as they really do a good job cleaning or at least moving the sand bed and then end up starving themselves.
  12. semifasciatus season is heree... time for a trio.

  13. Its simple my dear Watson. After thorough investigations and fact finding, the fingers point towards two on the list and two plausible reasons that is not on it. Mystery Wrasse & Fire Shrimp are strong candidates for the murder. Their brethren in other tanks have been recorded to be belligerent towards cleaner shrimps especially the Mystery Wrasse. It has been known that they are intelligent creatures who strike when your shrimp is most vulnerable, molting time. Here's an instance in a land faraway where someone faced this issue. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1786463 The other two reasons, you have a rogue crab in your live rocks, out of sight but certainly not out of contention for being the murderer. OR your shrimp simply passed away due to natural causes. I hope this brings closure for you.
  14. Bro u should be on this page first right? Once u "Choose File" and "Attach This File", its not over, there should be a thumbnail at the location circled blue. Then you have to "Add to Post" for it to be inside ur post. Thats pretty much it. However, I suspect your pictures cant even make it to the thumbnail as if it was, it will still be inside ur post as "Attached Thumbnails" at the bottom. One possibility is that your pic size is too big or the website doesnt recognise ur img format. As I mentioned, the pic below, of my avatar is listed under "Attached Thumbnails" cause I didnt "Add to Post" after attaching it. Hope this helps.
  15. If you are looking for black ones, there's a pair at TFC which is ultra stable.
  16. notable fishes from TFC : 2.5-3 inches yellow bellied regals, active and healthy. Bluer than blue Queen angel. its right beside the Show Size Queen. Last piece French Angel Bright orange Rics to perk up ur morning.
  17. Either u order online, PraziPro or many lfs sell Eiho Parzi. Not a typo on my side lol, really the label says Parzi. It has a picture of a discus some more.
  18. Prazi bro. Also helps with another common problem for fish, flukes. Or Dr G's food which Aquafauna Supplies bring in.
  19. There are many strains of bacteria which does this job. They will outcompete with one another and some will dieoff. What the bacterial supplement does is to reintroduce these bacterias so that there will be a "complete" bacteria species count in the tank. However, its really a grey area as the bottled supplements doesnt state what and how these bacteria work. Thus, some people say its snake oil whereas some say it works.
  20. Maybe when u try next time can just release them into the main tank. These fishes sensitive to stress. Just need to make sure none as big as ur qyeen.
