Bro, for small flame angels u can try CF. i saw 2 one inch size ones 2 weeks ago... Can call and check, that was the second time i have seen such small angels at CF.... Theres no such thing as 100% reef safe angels, some will never touch coral ever, some will make a staple meal outa them... Its a hit n miss thing, even for flame angels... I have bought a lemonpeel from a LFS, which told me that they are reefsafe, only to have it ate my cynarina and some zoas... But flame angels are considered one of the safest angels among the dwarf angels that will leave corals alone... It all depends on luck... So, good luck! Buy fish that excite YOU, and respect others' passions.
