Had checked with them. Their reply was the farm welcomes reefers to come and stock up. However, they discourage "tour visit" where people just come to see as "eye opening" and not reefing as hobbyist. Reason is for safety. So at times, misunderstanding can happen if the staff may ask reason for visiting and reply maybe just "see see look look".  Hope this clear the misunderstandings. Happy reefing.

I see, so to clarify, they are fine with actual hobbyists coming to look and maybe buy livestock, but they prefer not to hv ppl who are just there to see as like visitors? Thx for asking them haha

Yes, i uds that. They must have earned quite a lot from your livestock. Its like u let me earn few hundreds and what are a few dollars to me? However, nice gesture from them tho

Just FYI. The fruits and lime are from their own trees in the farm.
She don't need to suck up to people who can spend hundreds and thousands there.
Sharing with regulars are just nice gestures from Auntie, she can just keep it for her workers.

Guess you must had a super bad experience there coz you ain't convince most of us had been getting very good experience there unlike yours.
In every LFS, there are always good and bad experience by reefers. We just move on with life instead of kept dwelling on it.
I had my fair share of lousy LFS experience too.

I believe if you do a poll. You are going to get more positive than negative for experience.

Has been buying stuff since I started reefing. Still remember my friend who brought me there told me coral farm is ATAS and you get invoice for any purchase. One of the lfses that has separate quarantine room and consistent pricing. Their pricing don't follow demand and stick to their markup policy. If you visit lfses alot, you will.know that some of the pricing are cheapest in town. Certainly hope is a misunderstanding.
QT room can enter? I didn't know about it. Is there different coral in that room?

Cant enter. The room is to quarantine livestock before putting up for sales.

Can enter. I would suggest to be accompanied by Auntie or a staff. Just ask them.

Most of the containers are covered which means its hard to identify/see in the dark room.

There have been folks who entered on their own & lifted the containers  out of the water or shine bright torch light in an attempt to see the fishes. Not good for already stressed fishes. So best to be accompanied to prevent misunderstanding.

I don't understand how you guys can have bad experience in CF. :)
When I first went CF when starting reefing, the aunty looks a bit unfriendly, but the moment you break the ice with her and talk to her, you will realise she is very friendly and helpful.... her knowledge on fishes is very chim....
The fishes I had gotten from CF are top quality and pellet eating, you can freely take pellet food from CF and test the fishes yourself. You hardly able to see dead fishes on their display tanks.
I do agree there are some fishes that are huge and possibly dangerous to get near, grouper, shark etc... just be careful when you walk around the display tank.
