SRC Member blackpuma Posted September 23, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted September 23, 2004 Hi All, I want to cut some teeth on my home made overflow box. I intend to use a templete, see attached image. Basically, the bottom part of the teeth will be drilled but what is the best way to remove the material in between the slot. Any help appreciated. Thanks,

SRC Member idefix Posted September 23, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted September 23, 2004 So much trouble... I simply used an acrylic sheet that has a horizontal slit to allow water to pass between the acrylic and the top of the overflow box. works great and is easy to do. Send a picture later once I'm home.
SRC Member damien Posted September 23, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted September 23, 2004 I simply siliconed the industrial trunking above the overflow box. Still have one piece of trunking 20" long. If it's suitable for you, come and collect from me at Hougang.

SRC Member hmkui Posted October 18, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted October 18, 2004 hi.. the teeth which you talking abt... if i m not wrong is basically the electrical trunking... go to some of the electrical hardware stores.... and ask them for the electrical trunking... which is grey in color.. it will come in a whole set .. cover and the casing... u just have to cut.. the teeth of the casing and there ...u have it...
