saw lfs at blk 112 bukit purmei ......5 ft display tank at the entrance...but did not dare to go inside. saw 1 old uncle ,looks vey fierce, sitting outside the shop. maybe owner...any reefers out there went there b4?......

I know that shop. The fishes are ok so far. LPQ quite cheap too.

Hi,

I visit the place quite often. The old man is pretty knowledgeable in keeping marine tank as compared to many converted FW LFS. The lady shop owner is more friendly.

The prices of the LS used to be much cheaper (some time even cheaper than fish farms) but the current price is still reasonable. Variety of stock depends on shipment...

saw some scopas tang, sailfin tang...softies... prices are reasonable...

the owner, an old man in his 50s i tink...is very knowledgeable on marine stuff..

told me tat he has spent over 20 yrs on studying marine life... saw his diploma on marine "stuff" hanging on his wall behind his cash register...
