Sump Tank :

For me I was drawn to the hobby whilst serving NS...but got no time and no money so then i could only get a book to read...then uncle gave up his discus hobby and donated his tank to me at the end of 1997...the rest is history :D

Watched and joined my father in clown and damsels in 1981. Then dad gave up after 1 year. I went into goldfish and other fw fish since 1977 (6 years old then). Went back to Marine about 3 years back.

Started with 2 ft with simple softie reef. Upgraded to 4 ft about 2 years back. Started adding SPS about 6 months back.

My journey like quite gradual.

I think (marine) therefore I am

Been reefing since 1976 - father son influence. Learn the hardway. gave up after 2 years later. Re-enter the hobby around 10 years later - caught a puffer from the Labrador seaside - manage to keep it healthily for about 3 years (length was 3 cm when caught) . Due for NS - no time to keep anything - release the puffer back labrador seaside (length has grown to 3 inches ).

Still learning.

I always dream to have an aquarium in my younger day, but my father had disapproved the idea. Start working 10 years back, had not manged to find some time for it till recently visited maldives in may 2003 and started the hobby in October after length long consideration. The fishes in Maldives' reef with snorkelling gear only is simply stunning and magnificent. :P This is the main reason that attracted me to start this hobby....... :yeah:
