to all src members:

Reminder:

all the seio and rio pumps comes with a one year warranty. the warranty will only be valid when the warranty form is fill in properly by our authorise dealer. The warranty form must have the date of purchase, name and address of the dealer, the company's stamp of the dealer and the signature of the dealer. warranty will also not be valid with the absent of any of the mentioned above. It must be present when faulty pump is being send for repair or exchange.

Any warranty form filled in by unauthorize dealer will not be recognise by us. As there are some shops reducing the price for seio, we are sorry to say that they are not our authorise dealer and therefore their pump will not be recognise by us. :thanks:

Then, can you advise which shops are your authorised dealers?

i have bought two of them from two different sources and rather satisfied with them. And so far there wasn't any warranty cards that go w any of them. :(
