Dancing Seahorses

Hi Guys,

Always fascinating to see the Australian potbelly seahorse playing and dancing once they get settled down.

They are one of the most 'funny' specie of seahorse around in that they would

puff up their pouch early in the morning or engaging in playful challenge.

They literally puff their pouch into a 'ping pong' ball.

And its always the boys who keep going at it!

I think it is those plastic strip huh...

Thats right, we made them into strips from the red plastic bags. They work well with all our seahorses, its cheap, easy to use and if algae grows on them, replace with new ones anytime.

The Seahorses love to hide in betwen them.

Temp for the potbellys are 23-25 degrees. At abt 25, they are ok and u don't get much condensation on the tanks.
