Maybe the thief act on his greed to keep all of the seahorse, thinking that he have at least a few pair and breed them in the future. With the large number he has, the few that didn't make it might not really concern him coz he got it foc. But if the thief has no experience caring for the seahorse, then all are doom to die.

this was not the first time there are theft at Reborn.

Before the new coral display air con room was ready for operation, they had the hanging black galaxy MH wire snip off and the entire thing gone.

I suppose its not easy for them lor. all three shops (2 downstair, i upstair) are isolated at thier entrance/exist and mostly one person to one shop.

ya, will keep a look out too.

That's disgusting.

Stealing existing MH pendants from a LFS???!

If you can't afford the hobby, learn to keep ants or something! :pirate:

times are hard enough for our LFSs. to do such a things is really downright despicable. :(

poor seahorses...

places like LCK and Reborn are pretty open with minimal supervision from the owners. why? it's because they trust us hobbyists to be responsible people.

hope he/they get caught real soon.

was dere wif my gf on sat nite close to closing time ard 8.30-9 pm

dere was totally no one not a single soul in the corals side

my gf was jokinly tellin me dat ppl could even grab one of their pail wif fish n escape :o didnt expect it to really happen sh in dis manner

bought a tang frm them though still hapily swimmin in my qt :ph34r:

Even LCK was not spared...hard corals were the bait this time. That young man blatantly grabbed and started to walk off. He thought our dear old(but young at heart :lol: ) COWBOY did not see him in the act. <_<:angry:

Cowboy is so gracious to let him off with just a warning... :unsure:

People are just taking benefit of the trust that some shopowners have given to us. <_<

Such things happened alot of times. Our beloved ML also kanna before. A few clams taken away blatantly frm the blue tub. What the hell!

Last October, I spoke to the uncle at the coral section and he informed me that he ever caught a young guy running away with corals. After that, they closed the main entrance to the coral section.

The thief was not reported as the guy pleaded as he is still an undergraduate. He even admits he has stolen a few times from Reborn. However, his parents were informed. I think that's kind of Reborn as the man says he doesn't wants the theft record to ruin the young man future.

I think i saw this seahorse in the LFS near lim chu kang...lots of these in 1 tank.But dun wish to say it out yet.

BECAREFUL of ur HINTS..... Some LFS here also do bring in S.H, not just reborn alone ;)
