SRC Member loster Posted January 17, 2006 SRC Member Share Posted January 17, 2006 depend on batches... some batch has low mg, some batch has extreme high mg
wonder
ya, got to agree. I check the ca was 650 . I keep changing water to reduce my ca just to realize that the salt mix is already having extremely high ca ! If you have low mg/ca, you might want to buy mime. SRC Member asg Posted February 20, 2006 SRC Member Share Posted February 20, 2006 oh, what i mean from "save me from topping up" is that i can do away with all the additional topping up (Ca+, Iodine, this buffer that buffer, etc) i am just changing water (10%-20%) twice a week for my 4FT tank and not using any additonal additives.
