Just report for fun on lifestock arrivals in Yat Wong a LFS in Hong Kong...

Lots of huge and very rare West African Angelfish (Holacanthus africanus)...first time I have actually seen one. :shock:

Lots of very rare, Resplendent Pygmy Angel (Centropyge resplendens)....another fish that I have never seen before :ooh:

A very nice coloured Blue angel, there were lots of huge Earspots angels, queen angels, scribbled angels, huge Asfur angels, huge Half Moon angels, lots of Rock Beauty angels and lots of Golden Butterflies.

I am so envious of the Hong Kong reefers.....Hong Kong is truly an Angel collectors paradise.

Cant even find one in SG so far.....believe the price also :shock:

I went HK in may, but didnt see any Resplendent leh...... :cry2:

Interesting fact: The World Conservation Union (IUCN) has placed the Resplendent Angel on its Red List of Threatened Animals (1996). It is the only marine angelfish species on this list. While this species is common in Ascension’s coastal waters its population size is considered vulnerable because it is restricted to a tiny island locality.

You really saw lots of them??????? :unsure:

can anybody tell me in aquamarin show tank there is this yellow colored tang which has black stripes. seems a very very hardworking fish! what is e name of it? never seen it before.

Should be the convict tang. Metallic yellow colour rite?
