Senior Reefer yikai Posted March 31, 2012 Senior Reefer Share Posted March 31, 2012 U meant olivaceus dottyback. Is it v rare? Where is olivaceus dottyback found? Not much info on the net. olive dottyback is not beautiful. infact it's quite ugly but ok la it's rather unique. it's rare in the trade because its a red sea endemic and since there's no red sea shipments, there's no olive dottybacks. however nowadays red sea shipment getting more popular again so we're seeing them as well. liveaquaria was suppose to post another male up on diver's den but somehow it didn't show up. ID-ing it is very tough!
