CFOh
Nice flame angel. Aberrant flames like this are super rare, but has occurred a few times but all usually go to Japan where they pay thousands for. So unlikely it'll appear here where we are only willing to pay hundreds for this. Looks like Juv Flames... Cheers... Senior Reefer yikai Posted March 1, 2011 Senior Reefer Share Posted March 1, 2011 Looks like Juv Flames... Cheers... juvenile flames will develop the bars at a later stage. the ones we posted are aberrant flames with very light coloured bars. i think these are xanthic morphs which might revert back to normal. but we're not quite sure. yes i do agree they look like post-meta flame angel juveniles. Digiman
Rusty flames are gorgeous! They can be variable. The first one is more flame while the second is more rusty. Personally i prefer the more flame ones.
Digiman
This fish intrigues me a lot!! Is it a bicolor or joculator aberrant? It could even be a hybrid between bicolor and joculator? It has the head and eye of a joculator but it has a body shape of a bicolor. Also the little black stain at the forehead suggests a bicolor but the eye mascara is showing a joculator! Amazing fish.
