how much u need?

If a man could beat his own fantasy. Then to only breed in captivity. Then its pointless.

Genesis 1:20

And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that has life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

You may be able to purchase industrial ethanol from chemist. But If only you are really lucky, then you will be able to find some with purity > than 95%. Ethanol is a highly dutiable item, it have to be sufficiently denatured to waive the tax duties.

Personally I find ethanol is not a very good preservative, and it is far too volatile. Formaldehyde is a much better option, much less evaporation and non-flammable. :whistle

chemist, chemical companies, maybe wood makers sometimes have. wood makers not very sure. anyway, formaldehyde is flammable, just less so than ethanol.

Mun's Dispensary near Middle Road has formaldehyde for sale. But nowadays you may need a signed statement, from a shop dealing in detergent production or a doctor, to be able to buy it. The problem with formaldehyde is it can cause the specimens to yellow with time and needs to be replaced with a new qty. Besides it can cause ur fingertips to lose its feelings when in contact. Other than that it's advisable not to sniff too much of its pungent odour.

It's a much safer alternative to alcohol as the latter is very, very volatile!

Extaxi....

formaldehyde is an extremely carcinogenic substance. used to preserve dead body such as the famous soviet's Lenin. it is also use in other country such as states as a diluted medication for fish and it is extremely useful against the deadly Brooklynella clownfish disease. in Singapore, its hard to get it as its controlled. my advice is try not mess around with that substance. alcohol to me its much safer to be kept in storage.

i have got some high performace liquid chromatography grade absolute ethanol. but i could only spare u a little.

regards
