MarcoVan
No bro. You might want to pay money and ask reefsystems or vincent on it. They will do the full package for you. Alternatively you can talk to Ken from madpetz. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk Quote Happy Reefing, Marc J.

SRC Member Clement Chen Posted February 22, 2014 Author SRC Member Share Posted February 22, 2014 New Tank is here! However piping not up yet, so can only run the LR in the sump with NSW. Is this considered as cycling? With the overflow box Quote Clem's Clam Corner (Decommed) 60cm x 40cm x 30cm Tank Nano tank reboot v2.

SRC Member Clement Chen Posted February 22, 2014 Author SRC Member Share Posted February 22, 2014 i had an existing stand already, so wanted to use that. Also checked with Atlantic they say they dont do stand for so small tank, not worth the effort. Also e tank is shallower then e normal 2ft tank so made it up with width. Its not very heavy so it will hold Quote Clem's Clam Corner (Decommed) 60cm x 40cm x 30cm Tank Nano tank reboot v2.
SRC Member Evolutionz Posted February 22, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted February 22, 2014 Just wondering if the protruding part will put stress on the glass too much.. Weight should not be an issue. SRC Member Clement Chen Posted February 22, 2014 Author SRC Member Share Posted February 22, 2014 Hmm.. good point, e aunty said that its ok. to be safe she also made for me 10mm glass. The foam below shuld also help distribute the weight ba.. right? SRC Member Clement Chen Posted February 22, 2014 Author SRC Member Share Posted February 22, 2014 Think she made internal bracing as well, so should be quite safe Quote Clem's Clam Corner (Decommed) 60cm x 40cm x 30cm Tank Nano tank reboot v2.
SRC Member Copperband Posted February 23, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted February 23, 2014 You would be safer with a thick plywood below the foam.....
SRC Member kenyee Posted February 23, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted February 23, 2014 You would be safer with a thick plywood below the foam..... I second that..the plywood will cushion the imbalance of weight..now its the base glass cushioning..if its really light weight, shd not b a problem..long run I dunnoe..cheers Quote @ 291213 Updated video: Kenyee FOWLR http://m.youtube.com/my_videos
xiggie
Foam dont help distribute weight ..!! If i were u i would look out for some cheap cabinet .. Or tv rack or someting that is a bit wider .. That setup looks really scary ..!! Quote Stairway to Heaven
Tian85
Not worth to learn the hard way bro. Just spend a bit more and custom a cabinet for your tank.
