selling off entire 4 by 2 by 2.5 setup

ground rules.

1) I have final say over who is to get what.

2) all prices are non-negotiable, unless otherwise mentioned.

3) all items are sold in the current condition that is in.

4) delivery charge of $10 per purchase would be required if a delivery is needed. this does not include delivery charge for bulky items like tank/rocks/etc.

5) deposit of 50% of the product/lifestock is required to guarantee purchase. should the buyer back out, the deposit is non-refundable.

6) should I back out however, the deposit is 100% refundable

7) do not PM me unless I pm you. if you PM me first, you will NOT be entertained AT ALL.

8) do not SMS me. CALL me instead

9) leave your interest on the particular product via this thread. the first to reply will have first rights to it, second one will have second, so on and so forth.

10) order of sales will be liverocks, tank, lifestock then equipment. if you want a certain equipment, but the liverocks/tank are not sold off yet, you will have to wait.
