Where is the best place to put them?

On sandbed? (No space...) On Rockwork? (thats where mine is now... Havent been expanding much... Bought yesterday.

But the funny thing is that when i came home this evening, it has it feeding arm out stretched!

On the sand. You'll damage the tissues no matter how you place them on the rockwork, even if they don't topple. Repeated expansion and contraction of tissue will lead to abrasions especially if they are next to rocks.

Always something more important than fish.

and u need a super deep sand bed to bury the whole calcium skeleton down. so thick! mine only 2inch sand bed, cannot fully enter.

Whoever buries pratas??? Just placing them upright on the sand will do..there is no need to bury the whole base......

Saw 4 pratas with their original stalk still attached to L/R (one single colony) at Mainland LSF. :ooh: 1st time seeing such.... normally they are sold as individual polyp. Damn nice :look: Hope that the lady boss will sell... :)
