Hi

Anyone planning to take AOW cert? Me looking for buddy to go. Most likely will take the package from Lee Way. ;)

The one posted under Chew Poh Chan. no contact no to contact. Email also kenna rejected.

Or anyone has better lobang, say more ppl recruit charge cheaper??? :P:D

actualli there is no much differences between NAUI, PADI, SSI, BSAC etc.. myb in prices??

IMO, its juz different sch of taughts..

Btw u can dive anyway in the world with any one of these cards

u can be NAUI OWD then SSI AOWD

no problem man..

converting here and there shouldnt be a problem

right? all the dive instructors here??

hi, sorry for hijacking but i'd just like to check.

i need to get the cert, fast and cheap. leaving for maldives on 8th. need the cert by then.

orpheus dive is offering pulau hantu(i don't really care) for $350. does anyone know of better deals?

280 is ard that price for hantu..

and that is the fastest way to get ur OWD locally..

can get it within days.. depending on ur schedule..

maldives' a great place! too bad u might not be able to do night dive with OWD.. anyway, njoy ur dive bro..

but if u have spare cash to do so..

and wanna waste almost half the time doing course rather than leisure

u can take ur advance there..

for me i rather spend all the time doing leisure dives

from location to location..

cuz of the money spent! i rather not take course there..

up to individuals ..

actually the rescue diver course also include 1st aid medic

That's what I thought... But according to the Orpheus website, they require a First-Aid Certification, with 2 years validation before you take up their Rescue Diver.

Pre-requisite for Enrollment into PADI Rescue Diver Program

Successful completion of a sanctioned CPR program or Emergency First Response program within the past 24 months.

Is this requirement unique to Orpheus? Or is it a standard requirement? :unsure:
