Bro, I am not very good in coral. Probably any bro would like to advise Steven about keeping carpet anemone.

i'm no pro, but from what i know,

Haddonis - low flow, medium lights, mostly anchored in sand, extreme fish-eater..

Giganteas - they are able to tolerate slightly higher flow and lights as compared to haddonis, mostly prefer sand too, but a higher possibility it will wander up the rocks, tends to grow bigger, hence the name..

another point to note, not all clownfishes will host readily in carpet anemones, they have to have the correct chemical defence built up first, as carpets have a more potent sting as compared to BTAs.. but usually its just a matter of time and luck.. :)

cheers! btw, i saw some nice Haddoni at the LFS in front of AhBeng.. i spotted deep blue..

from my personal experience, carpets ( gigantea ) like direct strong flows, strong lites. Carepts Haddoni anchors on sand. not so strong flow . Also a personal observation, gigantea do not respond well to anti-phosphate additives ( liquid form ) . dont know why but thats my personal observation. There may be some who disagree with my personal observations as they may hv different results. if anyone needs further help on anemones, u may pm me & i'll be happy to help out anyway i can.
