Thanks, Bro Eniram, it is SPS... I know certain Horn & knob coral r classify under LPS such as Horn Coral (Hydnophora exesa) & Lesser Knob Coral or Mound (Cyphastrea decadia) etc... Thanks for sharing... :ThanxSmiley:

that's actually a LPS.

but for simplicity sake most ppl just classify as SPS..

Hi, according to Auntie, is not yellow belly. The size is around 2" for the small one. Cheers.

Hydnophora rigida is LPS?? All the while I being told is closer to LPS family but still fall under SPS category... That mean most books and website info r wrong? Any info to share.. Thanks for sharing.. :ThanxSmiley:

most websites like liveaquaria classify them as SPS because care requirement and appearance look like SPS...

by true definition and coral morphology, hydnophora is an LPS....

anyway pointless to discuss... some people see it as LPS, some as SPS.

i feel it's an LPS but some think they are SPS. i think no right or wrong? :)
