Hi guys,

Just going through a decomm and now suffering from 'side effects' of not reefing.

Just wondering what do you guys turn to when you stop reefing?

Go into freshwater? FOWLER? Or what else?

I think before u decomm, u must hv seriously think over. you should stick to the reason why u decomm. If there r still some avail free time, maybe u can look into fowler which don't take up much of your time n effort in maint.

But currently if u hv no avail time slot, it is best that u don't see this forum anymore if not it will lure u back. Try to do things which u did before u start marine hobby.

Bro, whatever u do, pls do not visit any other forum, It takes just abit of chating in some forum n u mite b trap in another type of hobby, My case was dat I go more deeper into a forum n ended up giving up reefing a couple of years back, lol But finally back again Do some fishing or stuff sounds good

When you pull out a piece of nori from the sea, you'll start missing your beloved AT. 5 yrs after decomm, I start my reef tank again, now I can't find time to go pull nori.... :dunno:

Remind yourself of the time you gained and money you saved all the time... So that you can use that time and money for other things. But then again, what better hobby to spend your time and money on but reefing!?!?!? LOL

Go visit LFS..admire their tanks..to return or not is up to u..

Dun reef depend on what reason u given to urself..so curb the urge to restarting by thinking of the reason..its like I quit smoking after 13yr by thinking smoking is a waste of $ n it work..
