I think its a trachyphyllia not a lobophyllia in your pics.

Display Tank : 36" x 20" x 20" Herbie overflow box design, Sump : 36" x 21" x 17", Frag Tank : 16” x 20” x 16”, custom built by Tank Culture.

Lightings : Ecotech  Radion XR15 Pro x 2 for Main Display Tank, Inled R80 x 1 for Frag Tank.

Chiller : Dalkin 1hp compressor with build-in drop coil.

Skimmer : Skimz Octa SC205i Protein Skimmer.

FR : H2Ocean FMR75 Fluidised Media Reactor with Hailea HX-2500 (Feeder Pump) running Rowaphos.

CR : Skimz Monzter E Series CM122 Calcium Reactor.

BPR: Marine Source Biopellet  Reactor with Continuum Reef Biopellet Fuel.

4 weeks in, another video! The fish waiting in line to get cleaned by the skunk cleaner shrimp is one of my favourite things to watch (: Also, tang shit is really damn a lot.

Trachy is wat reefers commonly called it open brain coral and lobophyllia is commonly known locally as lobo. They looked difference in shapes.

To take these pictures I just use a very old Canon 500D and a borrowed 100mm macro... Thinking of upgrading to full frame for better image quality but maybe not so soon. Actually the 1.6x crop factor has advantages for macro cos of the extra magnification :P

Ya the last one really looks like Armageddon, I went to check a few websites online, thanks! It's one of my favorites. I hope it grows faster... So far now only one polyp... The last two still not so sure....
