She threw out her 'intestines'...how does the 'intestines' look like ?

Whitish strands which my Mingie aka vlamingi tang readily devoured...now got to watch her for poisoning symptoms...sigh... :(

And opened her mouth so wide until it's almost 8cm apart... :cry2::cry2::cry2:

Can only keep my fingers crossed...any concrete remedy to advise?

Looks like it's a goner.

You know, if you had managed to set up your new skimmer before you left.... there may have been some hope. I am sure your nitrates are high... anemones don't tolerate nitrates well.

Are you going to redo your tank properly now that you're back with your 6 foot dream tank?

Yup...and the latest update is I will be gone for a few months next year so you tell me how?

Anyway, his posting now tentatively is 3 years here, three years there and maybe Australia also...so seems like I got to keep marine for only three years each time... :(

And the 8feet can only be a dream till time entails since we wun be selling house liao... :(

Watch out for adoption threads late next year and selling of parts...sigh... :cry2:

Yup...stupid theory of me to do the IOS that way...got any idea how to change that glass panel? As it seems like I have to stick to the present tank... :(

Sorry to hear of the rosie sis.

I strongly recommend you redo your entire tank. Its cheaper to restart a new tank than to meddle with removing glass in the tank as its very very risky.

Its not really alot of money to restart a new 4ft tank with a proper planned sump considering you already invested so much in equipment.

But to add on to what AT said. I already told you that you really needed to upgrade the skimmer. Its the life saver of the tank. And better do it FAST....from what I heard from your 'kind soul' situations not good. :(

I was actually thinking of changing to a new tank then to use the skimmer... guess it's too late... :(

Raymond...can give me tank maker's number?

Meanwhile...is there anyone who can help me 'tompang' some of my fishes?

And I dismantle my q tank and haven't set up my tank from Aquarama!!! Argh!!! :(:(:(
