Stocks from RB are not assimilated properly once they arrive...so its risky to purchase on the 1st day when shipment arrive.

Before the fishes settle down in the tanks, reefers buy them and next thing they are placed in our tanks...very stressful.

The fishes are taken out from the boxes, from darkness to sudden brightness, then thrown into holding tubs, then throw into tanks, dun think there is even any acclimation. Better to buy when the fishes are more settled down. Would advise to acclimatise properly at home or ideally, quarantine to prevent spread of ich/fungus.

Coming up, anyone been to sealife? Got bannerfish?

lots and lots of zoos at ah beng. all not open yet, but look like eagle eyes. lots of nice fishes there under quarantine in the blue fibreglass tub with the green medicine water i think. whipfin fairy wrasse, majestics (very nice) and many other wrasses. many fu man chu lionfish also. some red sea shipment left and a handful of very nice golden butterflies

iwarna, still got powderblues, lemonpeel, 1 inch foxfaces (super cute) and the other common fishes. yumas are green and orange. common ones.

iwarna has 4 bannerfishes. all very fat and plump. look very healthy. they are paired up in different tanks so im guessing they are pairs.

My 1.5ft nano cube

My 24G nano tank (Decommed)

I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate.

And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.
