Prepare to bring yr credit card to swipe or lots of cash.

The last aussie shipment from RB, the acan lords was between $400 - $1000...and most likely the "tycoon lords" have reserved them already.

1000 for an acan lord? Zhun bo? Haha

Actually we shld be happy that we have these groups of tycoons around, pushing the market to expand and allow LFSes to import more exotic corals for us, commoners to drool. If not for them, we should still be sucking lollipops behind computer screens and admiring PICS only of such corals in someone else's tank across the Pacific or South China Sea! :S

To see and admire such corals with own eyes is truly tascinating. You all should make the effort to chiong to RB. Seriously

Just my 2 cents.

Happy Cheonging,

Marc J.

Happy Reefing,

Very zhun...you can check out RB later loh.

RD used to bring in aussie shipments, but due to the cost and the price, and having to do favours to reefers who are less well-off by fragging them into smaller pieces to make them affordable, they have reduced their shipments liao.

Actually I heard Ah Bee say that they may consider doing monthly shipments of Aussie corals IF there is demand. :eyebrow: Cost is due to the fact that the market in Singapore for Aussie corals is really small and their order quantity is really small compared to the US. Reborn only has 20 odd regular customers who buy Aussie corals at every shipment. The rest are those who buy Aussie corals once in a long while...

And considering acans are rather hardy...so replacing up-the-lorry ones are quite low.
