WEEKLY SHIPMENT UPDATE - 3 June 2013 - 9 June 2013

Recommended Posts

Actually, I have to admit some of GO's prices are cut throat ridiculous but some are reasonable. However, one has to be careful and selective when buying corals from them because I have seen hair, bubble and slime algae in their tanks and these have spread to my tanks after they go into my aquariums. They do their tanks scrubbing often so the algae appear less, that's all, although the spores are still in the water.

Aquarium 3 - 250 liters with sump and refugium

Jebao DC 6000 pump with speed controller

Skimz skimmer

AI Hydra 52 HD

Hailea HS-66A (1/4 hp) chiller

Maxspect Gyre

TLF Phosban reactors with Phosban

Tunze nano osmolator

Marine Magic Triplet Dosing

Aquarium 1 - 27 litres

Atman HF-0600 HOB filter

Maxspect Razor Nano 60W (10,000 K)

AOL 60 litres chiller

Tunze Nano Osmolator

Best coral? Maybe... But i can say that they have one of the best presentation... The tanks are clean and well maintained... Most of the time u go there and buy stuff bcos they look so nice sitting there in crystal clear water under the maxspect razors... I not sure about the quality of corals, i have bought a couple of pieces from them, and they are doing ok... But they present their products very well, im sure that helps with sales... But i have to agree that prices are sometimes ridiculous, do some research on pricing before u commit, often times their prices are way above market rates....

Shipment at Iwarna tomorrow, timing uncertain anywhere from 1pm to 4pm.

Interesting stocks:

Ruby red dragonet (http://reefbuilders.com/2013/04/19/rubyb-red-dragonet-simultaneous-worldwide-splash/). Limited pcs available. Males are $100, females are $60. $150 if get a pair. No reservations entertained, FCFS basis. Limited to one pair per customer.

Possum wrasses, Liopropoma multilineatum, purple queen anthias, Cirrhilabrus lanceolatus (think they got the name wrong), Solorensis boxfish female, Grissengeri gobies, Super tiny 1-2cm marine bettas, Yellow stripe clingfish, Abalones, lollipop crabs, colored tubeworms.

Always something more important than fish.
